The Light Mouse is a species of rodent whose details are not fully know. What is known is that the "Gourmet Living Legend", Setsuno successfully created a way to artificially breed this species and discover its cooking method, allowing her to create "Light Mouse cuisine". It along with the Crude Oil Chocolate are counted among Setsuno's many great achievements.
